1. Job Description: Patients applying to our hospital from abroad due to health tourism and tourist health; Ensuring coordination of work and transactions with admission, registration, diagnosis, treatment, billing, discharge, translation and intermediary institutions.
2. Duties, Powers and Responsibilities:
2.1. Personnel Criteria and Job Descriptions
2.1.1.Unit Manager/Deputy Responsible: He/she is appointed by the Hospital Manager from among people who are in the health services class, preferably know a foreign language, are open to communication, and have good diction.
2.2.To ensure general coordination regarding the guidance of overseas patients, transportation, examination and treatment processes, to inform and guide the hospital health tourism staff and other relevant personnel in this context.
2.3. Organizing and carrying out the hospital's international promotion services,
2.4. To carry out correspondence within the scope of health tourism and tourist health, 2.5. To follow the studies carried out within the scope of health tourism, to ensure that the necessary statistical data is kept and presented to the relevant authorities when necessary.
2.6. To monitor the complete and accurate entry of international patient records by the relevant IT personnel,
2.7. To follow the process of making complete and accurate accounting records and to inform relevant persons when necessary.
2.8. To communicate with the necessary persons or organizations to solve the problems related to the treatment processes of foreign patients and to carry out studies to solve the problems,
2.9. Providing an interpreter in the patient's own language and ensuring that the patient is informed about all processes and his/her consent is obtained.
2.10. To perform other duties within the scope of health tourism and tourist health.
